Section 452.702 - Joint or Merged Subregional Authorities(a) Separate subregional authorities may agree to merge.(b) Two or more subregional authorities created by contiguous municipalities, by contract, may establish a joint subregional authority having terms approved by the governing bodies of the municipalities.Tex.
