Section 441.035 - Including Bond Proposition At Election(a) At the election, the temporary directors may include a separate ballot proposition to approve the issuance by the district of bonds payable from ad valorem taxes.(b) If a bond proposition is to be included, the election notice under Section 441.031 must state the bond proposition.(c) The bond proposition shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the issuance of bonds and the imposition of ad valorem taxes for payment of the bonds.(d) The temporary directors shall file a copy of the bond election results in their records and with the commission.Tex.
