Section 11.0173 - Prohibition on Tobacco Advertising(a) In this section, "publication" includes the publication of a book, magazine, photograph, poster, or bulletin.(b) The department may not accept an advertisement that promotes the sale of tobacco in a publication sponsored or published by the department.
