Section 801.551 - Equine Dental Provider Advisory Committee(a) The equine dental provider advisory committee is an informal advisory committee to the board and is not subject to Chapter 2110, Government Code.(b) The advisory committee does not have any independent rulemaking authority but shall advise and assist the board in adopting rules relating to licensed equine dental providers.(c) The board shall consult the advisory committee regarding matters relating to a disciplinary action that involves a licensed equine dental provider.Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 940, Sec. 27, eff. 9/1/2011.
