Tex. Occ. Code § 258.204

Section 258.204 - Terms; Vacancies

The board by rule shall establish:

(1) the length of a term of a member of the advisory committee and the staggering of the terms of the members; and

(2) the manner in which a vacancy occurring during a member's term is filled.
