Section 104.007 - Penalties(a) A person who violates this chapter commits an offense. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:(1) on conviction of a first offense, a fine of $100;(2) on conviction of a second offense, a fine of $500; and(3) on conviction of a third offense:(B) revocation of the person's license to practice the healing art.(b) On conviction of the person, the district court shall notify the licensing board that issued the license.
