Section 2308.154 - Private Property Towing Operator's License(a) A private property towing operator's license is required to operate a tow truck permitted under Section 2308.104.(b) An applicant for a private property towing operator's license must: (1) hold a valid driver's license issued by a state in the United States; and(2) be certified by a program approved by the department.(c) A person holding a license described by this section may work at a vehicle storage facility regulated under Chapter 2303.Tex. Occ. Code § 2308.154
