Section 2001.354 - Final Hearing(a) The commission shall hold a final hearing on the suspension or revocation of a license, if requested by the license holder, not later than the 30th day after the date the commission receives written notice of the request.(b) A final hearing on suspension or revocation is governed by the same rules as a hearing on any other suspension or revocation under this chapter.(c) A hearing under this section must be conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings and is subject to Section 2001.058(e), Government Code.Tex. Occ. Code § 2001.354
