Section 1702.205 - Personal Protection Officer Training(a) The commission shall establish a 15-hour course for a personal protection officer consisting of training in nonlethal self-defense or defense of a third person.(b) The training required by this section: (1) must be provided in-person; and (2) is in addition to the basic training course for security officers.
