Section 81.063 - Issuance, Suspension, or Revocation of License, Permit, or Certificate(a) If the commission proposes to suspend or revoke a person's license, permit, or certificate of public convenience and necessity, the person is entitled to a hearing before the commission.(b) The commission may not:(1) refuse to issue a license, permit, or certificate to a person because of the person's race, religion, color, sex, or national origin; or(2) revoke or suspend the license, permit, or certificate of a person because of the person's race, religion, color, sex, or national origin.Tex.
