Section 81.011 - Chief Supervisor(a) The commission shall employ a chief supervisor of its oil and gas division to assist the commission in enforcing the laws relating to the production, transportation, and conservation of oil and gas and rules and orders of the commission adopted under these laws.(b) The chief supervisor also shall perform the duties of the pipeline expert as provided in the pipeline laws of this state.Tex.
