Section 61.172 - Termination and Revocation of License(a) The failure or refusal of the licensee to comply with the terms and conditions of a license shall operate as an immediate termination and revocation of all rights conferred in or claimed under the license.(b) The termination and revocation of the license is not effective until notice is delivered by mail to the address of the licensee listed on the application for the license.Tex.
