Section 33.110 - Contracts and Franchises(a) With the approval of the board, a lessee granted a lease for public recreational purposes may enter into contracts and franchise agreements to promote public recreation.(b) Repealed by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1256, Sec. 24, eff.
