Section 419.005 - Administrative Penalty(a) The division may assess an administrative penalty against a person who violates Section 419.002 or a rule adopted under this chapter.(b) An administrative penalty imposed under this section is subject to the procedural requirements adopted for administrative penalties imposed under Section 415.021.Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265, Sec. 3.287, eff. 9/1/2005.
