Section 410.155 - Continuance(a) A written request by a party for a continuance of a contested case hearing to another date must be directed to the division.(b) The division may grant a continuance only if the division determines that there is good cause for the continuance.Amended By Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265, Sec. 3.183, eff. 9/1/2005.
