(a) The commission shall adopt rules as necessary to carry out its powers and duties under this subchapter.(b) The Texas Department of Human Services shall provide to the commission information as necessary to enable the commission to determine whether a person is eligible for the tax refund authorized by this subchapter.Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 228, Sec. 2, eff. 9/1/1997.
