Section 1251.115 - Right to Conduct Physical Examination or Autopsy A group accident and health insurance policy must provide that the insurer has the right and opportunity to:
(1) conduct a physical examination of an individual for whom a claim is made when and as often as the insurer reasonably requires during the pendency of the claim under the policy; and(2) in the case of a death, require that an autopsy be conducted, unless the autopsy is prohibited by law.Tex.
