Section 1131.804 - Amounts of Insurance(a) The amounts of insurance under the policy must be based on a plan that precludes individual selection by the insured or the policyholder.(b) The amount of insurance on the life of the spouse or a child may not exceed the amount of insurance for which the insured is eligible under the policy.Tex.
