Section 493.151 - Applicability of Subchapter
This subchapter applies to:
(1) a trust that is used to qualify for a reinsurance credit under Section 493.102(a)(3) and as described by Sections 493.1036(e) and (f); and(2) the assuming insurer that maintains the trust fund.
