Section 242.069 - Client Service Contract Standards In each contract for the purchase of residential program-related client services, the department shall include:
(1) clearly defined contract goals, outputs, and measurable outcomes that relate directly to program objectives;(2) clearly defined sanctions or penalties for failure to comply with or perform contract terms or conditions; and(3) clearly specified accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements applicable to money received under the contract.Tex.
