Section 461A.151 - Client Service Contract Standards(a) In each contract for the purchase of chemical dependency program-related client services, the department shall include:(1) clearly defined contract goals, outputs, and measurable outcomes that relate directly to program objectives;(2) clearly defined sanctions or penalties for failure to comply with or perform contract terms or conditions; and(3) clearly specified accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements applicable to money received under the contract.(b) Contract goals must include a standard developed by the department that is based on a percentage of program clients who maintain long-term recovery for an extended period as defined by the department.Tex.
