Section 361.977 - Television Recycling Account(a) The television recycling account is an account in the general revenue fund that consists of the:(1) fees collected under Section 361.976; and(2) interest earned on the money in the account.(b) Money in the account may be appropriated only to the commission to be used by the commission to maintain a public Internet website and toll-free telephone number that provide consumers with information about covered television equipment recycling opportunities in this state.Tex.
