Section 262.024 - Management Agreement(a) The board may enter into an agreement with any person for the management or operation of a hospital, or part of a hospital, owned by the authority under terms that are satisfactory to the board and the contracting party.(b) The agreement must: (1) be authorized by resolution of the board;(2) be executed on behalf of the authority by the president and secretary of the board; and(3) have the seal of the authority impressed on the agreement.(c) The board may delegate to the manager the authority to manage the hospital and to employ and discharge employees.Tex.
