Section 248A.152 - Restrictions on Hours, Services, and Patient Capacity(a) A center may not provide services to a minor for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.(b) A center may not provide services other than services regulated under this chapter and department rule.(c) The maximum patient capacity at a center may not exceed 60.Tex.
