Section 242.064 - License Requirement; Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 242.031.(b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense.(c) Each day of a continuing violation after conviction is a separate offense.
