Section 142.008 - Branch Office(a) The department may issue a branch office license to a person who holds a license to provide home health or personal assistance services.(b) The executive commissioner by rule shall establish eligibility requirements for a branch office license.(c) A branch office license expires on the same date as the license to provide home health or personal assistance services held by the applicant for the branch office license.Tex.
