Tex. Health & Safety Code § 103.001

Section 103.001 - Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Council" means the Texas Diabetes Council.

(2) "Person with diabetes" means a person diagnosed by a physician in accordance with nationally recognized standards as having diabetes.
