Section 825.009 - Stealing Traps; Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person steals or fraudulently takes a trap belonging to the state or the United States Department of the Interior.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $200.
