Section 543A.0204 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Payment Rates Under Payment Initiatives

The executive commissioner may contract with appropriate entities, including qualified actuaries, to assist in determining appropriate payment rates for an implemented payment initiative. (Gov. Code, Sec. 536.205.)
