Section 525.0302 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Consolidation Of Reports

The commission may consolidate any annual or biennial reports required to be made under this chapter or another law if:

(1) the consolidated report is submitted not later than the earliest deadline for the submission of any component of the report; and

(2) each person required to receive a component of the consolidated report receives the report, and the report identifies the component the person was required to receive. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.014.)
