Section 152.103 - Administrative Attachment(a) The commission is administratively attached to the office.(b) Notwithstanding any other law, the office shall:(1) provide administrative assistance, services, and materials to the commission, including budget planning and purchasing;(2) accept, deposit, and disburse money made available to the commission;(3) reimburse the travel expenses and other actual and necessary expenses of commission members incurred in the performance of official commission duties, as provided by the General Appropriations Act; and(4) provide the commission with adequate computer equipment and support.Tex.
