Section 4007.054 - Service Of Subpoena, Summons, Or Other Process

(a) The commissioner may serve a subpoena, summons, or other process issued by the commissioner or have the subpoena, summons, or other process served by an authorized agent of the commissioner, a sheriff, or a constable.

(b) The sheriff's or constable's fee for serving the subpoena is the same as the fee paid the sheriff or constable for similar services. (V.A.C.S. Art. 581-28, Subsec. A (part).)
