Section 3100.072 - Limitations on Governmental Subdivision or Agency(a) A governmental subdivision or agency may not enact or enforce a law that prohibits:(1) the display of: (C) the flag of another state of the United States;(D) the United States flag; or(E) the flag of a nation other than the United States; or(2) any conduct covered by this subchapter.(b) This section does not prohibit a governmental subdivision or agency from enacting or enforcing a law to protect the public health or safety.Tex.
