Section 2308.311 - List of Publicly Funded Programs and Classes(a) Each local education agency and public or private postsecondary educational institution shall provide the board in its area a list of all vocational-technical programs and classes the agency or institution offers that are funded by state or federal funds.(b) A board, with the assistance of the labor demand occupation report, shall evaluate the supply of vocational-technical programs in relation to the demand for the programs and report any discrepancies between supply and demand to the appropriate educational institution, the Central Education Agency, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, the council, and the Legislative Budget Board.Tex.
