Section 2308.203 - Action By State Agencies(a) A state agency that is responsible for the administration of human resources or workforce development in this state shall implement a recommendation under this subchapter if the recommendation does not violate a federal or state law.(b) A state agency shall: (1) provide requested information to the council in a timely manner;(2) report on the implementation of the council's recommendations at the time and in the format requested by the council; and(3) notify the governor, the executive director, and the presiding officer of the council within 30 days if the agency determines that a recommendation cannot be implemented.Tex.
