Section 2306.585 - Duties of Colonia Resident Advisory Committee(a) The Colonia Resident Advisory Committee shall advise the board regarding: (1) the needs of colonia residents;(2) appropriate and effective programs that are proposed or are operated through the self-help centers; and(3) activities that may be undertaken through the self-help centers to better serve the needs of colonia residents.(b) The advisory committee shall meet before the 30th day preceding the date on which a contract is scheduled to be awarded for the operation of a self-help center and may meet at other times.(c) The advisory committee shall advise the colonia initiatives coordinator as provided by Section 775.005.Tex. Gov't. Code § 2306.585
