Section 2155.321 - Definitions In this subchapter:
(1) "Financial information" means information that the comptroller determines is necessary to audit a claim under Chapter 403.(2) "Purchase information" means information that the comptroller determines is necessary to audit a purchase under this subchapter.(3) "Service" means the furnishing of skilled or unskilled labor or professional work but does not include the service of a state agency employee.(4) "State agency" has the meaning assigned by Section 2103.001.Tex.
