Section 2155.145 - Certain Purchases By Texas Commission on Environmental Quality

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is delegated all purchasing functions relating to the administration of Subchapters F and I, Chapter 361, Health and Safety Code, subject to the rules adopted by the comptroller under Section 2155.132(c).
