Section 371.152 - Recordkeeping(a) A pawnbroker, consistent with accepted accounting practices, shall keep adequate books and records relating to the pawnbroker's pawn transactions and any other business regulated by this chapter.(b) Books and records shall be preserved at least until the second anniversary of the date of the last transaction recorded.
