Section 273.103 - Executive Committee(a) The plan of operation of the corporation may authorize the board to create an executive committee consisting of three or more directors.(b) An act of the executive committee is as effective as an act of the board if the act is authorized by the plan of operation and is within the authority delegated to the committee.
