Section 62.560 - Injunction(a) The attorney general on behalf of the commissioner may apply for equitable relief, including an order enjoining a violation, if the commissioner believes a person has violated or is about to violate this subchapter or a rule of the finance commission or order of the commissioner adopted under this subchapter.(b) The suit must be brought in a district court of Travis County.Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 867, Sec. 27, eff. 9/1/2001.
