Section 62.556 - Appeal to Commissioner of Denial(a) If the commissioner denies an application, the applicant is entitled to a hearing if the applicant submits a written request for a hearing not later than the later of:(1) the 30th day after the date the application is filed; or(2) the 15th day after the date the application is denied.(b) Not later than the 30th day after the date the hearing is closed, the commissioner shall enter a final order affirming or withdrawing the denial of the application.
