Section 264.102 - County Contracts(a) The department may contract with a county commissioners court to administer the funds authorized by this subchapter for eligible children in the county and may require county participation.(b) The payments provided by this subchapter do not abrogate the responsibility of a county to provide child welfare services.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. 4/20/1995.
