Section 157.507 - Attorney's Fees and Costs(a) In a proceeding under this subchapter, the court may order the obligor to pay reasonable attorney's fees incurred by a party to obtain the order, all court costs, and all fees charged by a plan administrator for the qualified domestic relations order or similar order.(b) Fees and costs ordered under this section may be enforced by any means available for the enforcement of child support, including contempt.Added by Acts 2021, Texas Acts of the 87th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 64,Sec. 5, eff. 9/1/2021.
