Section 352.053 - Expense Charges(a) The court shall act on expense charges in the same manner as other claims against the estate.(b) All expense charges shall be:(1) made in writing, showing specifically each item of expense and the date of the expense;(2) verified by the personal representative's affidavit;(3) filed with the clerk; and(4) entered on the claim docket.Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680, Sec. 1, eff. 1/1/2014.
