Section 122.033 - Additional Requirements for Approval of Voting Machine In addition to other requirements for approval, a voting machine must be equipped with:
(1) a security system capable of preventing operation of the machine;(2) registering counters that can be secured against access;(3) a public counter; and(4) a protective counter.Tex. Elec. Code § 122.033
