Section 33.003 - Appointment By Political Party(a) The county chair of each political party that has one or more nominees on the ballot may appoint watchers.(b) If the county chair does not make an authorized appointment, any three members of the county executive committee may make the appointment.Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 864, Sec. 33, eff. 9/1/1997.
