Section 173.033 - Use of Primary Fund(a) The county primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the county chair in connection with a primary election.(b) The state primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the state chair in connection with a primary election.(c) A primary fund may not be used for any other purpose, except as provided by Section 173.032(c).Tex.
