Section 130.196 - Ranger Junior College District Service Area The service area of the Ranger Junior College District includes the territory within:
(1) the part of the Ranger Independent School District that is located in Eastland County, except the area that is known as the old Bullock School Land; and(2) Comanche, Brown, Erath, and Young counties, except for the part of the Graham Independent School District that is located in Young County.Tex.
