Section 130.124 - Use of Student Fees in Construction(a) A junior college district facility constructed with student fees may be used only for junior college purposes.(b) Student fees may not be used for construction, repair, or rehabilitation of a community center or junior college district auxiliary enterprise unless the enterprise serves as a student center or dormitory.Tex.
